1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using NetsOcean (www.netsocean.com), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

2. Products & Services

NetsOcean supplies high-quality HDPE Braided and Twisted box cricket nets. Products include standard bag orders, custom-cut sizes, and a Sample Kit service as described on the respective product pages.

3. Order Policy

• Prepaid Only: All orders on NetsOcean are 100% prepaid. No cash-on-delivery is offered unless explicitly enabled.
• Order Confirmation: Production and dispatch begin only after full payment is received and confirmed.
• Standard Orders: 30×10m bags dispatched same day of payment confirmation.
• Custom Orders: Precision-cut orders dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation.

4. Sample Kit Policy

• What It Is: The Sample Kit is a paid preview service. You receive 3 physical net samples (2ft×2ft each — HDPE Braided 45mm, HDPE Braided 40mm, and Twisted 1.5mm 35mm) delivered to your address.
• Price: The sample kit fee is set by NetsOcean and is shown at the time of ordering. The price is fully credited against your first qualifying net order.
• Credit Application: When you place your main net order after receiving a sample kit, the sample kit amount is automatically deducted from your order total. No action is required on your part — it is applied at the time of order creation.
• Credit Terms: The sample kit credit is valid for one use only, applies to the first net order placed after the sample kit payment is confirmed, and cannot be transferred or combined with other discounts.
• Delivery: Sample kits are dispatched within 3–5 working days via courier to the address provided at the time of ordering.
• Non-Returnable: Sample kit pieces are physical goods and cannot be returned. The credit is provided regardless of whether you return them.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Standard Orders: May be cancelled before an LR (Lorry Receipt) is generated. If LR is already generated, actual shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Custom Orders: Cannot be cancelled once placed. Production begins immediately after payment confirmation. No exceptions.
• Sample Kit Orders: Cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed, as dispatch begins immediately. See Refund Policy for credit details.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) per Square Foot (SFT). GST at 5% is applicable on all net orders unless specifically stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed orders are charged at the price shown at time of order.

7. Accuracy of Measurements

Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate measurements. NetsOcean recommends adding extra dimensions (1ft for 10-50ft dimensions, 2ft for 50-150ft dimensions) to account for corner folds and tie-ups. NetsOcean is not liable for incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

8. GST & Invoicing

All invoices are issued by NetsOcean (GST registered). Tax invoices are provided for all paid net orders. CGST+SGST applies for intra-state orders; IGST applies for inter-state orders. Sample kit fees are not subject to net GST rates.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the 3D configurator, pricing engine, and website design, is the intellectual property of NetsOcean. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability

NetsOcean is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Telangana, India.
